The property is VERY private and spacious....approx. 300 ft deep with 100 feet of pristine waterfront...providing plenty of room for outdoor games and sunshine activities. Unlike many other Kawartha cottage rentals, this property is very flat making it usable for "lawn" activities...and did we mention the gardens?
KJM provides the best in Chemong Lake recreation, including a private sandy walk-in beach for wading and everything the lake and Trent system offers in boating and swimming. A 40 foot dock is available for your boating and leisure convenience.

The raised dock overlooks the natural rock garden, the expansive greenbelt, the hot tub and the waterfront and is a great place for just hanging out. Being just off the breezeway and close to the kitchen, makes it very convenient to dine outdoors. Enjoy your morning coffee there and watch the local waterfowl play near the shoreline. The location of KJM on Chemong Lake provides a comfortable off-lake breeze which lasts most of the day, but usually (like the lake), settles down to a soothing calmness as the sun sets and dusk approaches. The view also provides an unsurpassed exposure to the Kawartha sunsets each night.
